PeopleTec is currently seeking a Project Integrator to support our Huntsville, AL location.
Project Integrator will support the National Capitol Region Integrated Air Defense System Management Integration Cell (NCR-IADS MIC) with coordinating multiple complex components of the program to ensure they work together effectively to achieve overarching objectives. The Project Integrator will act as a central communication point between various teams, systems, and stakeholders.
Duties:
Serve as a central hub, connecting different technical, operational, and functional teams and stakeholders.
Develop and implement integration plans to ensure multiple programs, systems, and stakeholders align with the program's strategic objectives.
Identify, assess, and recommend mitigation strategies for risks and opportunities that impact the integration of the program.
Manage communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders, documenting their needs and concerns.
Analyze data from various program components, monitor progress, and provide clear, professional reports and presentations on integration-related matters
Develop, measure, analyze, and improve processes and procedures related to program integration, often capturing lessons learned for knowledge management.
