Mid Level Operations Analyst GMD

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Mid Level Operations Analyst GMD to support our Fort Greenly, Alaska location.

PeopleTec is seeking a Mid-Level Operations Analyst to support Ground Based Mid-Course Missile Defense operations with the 49^th Missile Defense Battalion (MDB) in Fort Greely, Alaska. 

Duties:

• Support the 100th Missile Defense Brigade and subordinate/attached units (49^th Battalion) with planning, coordination, integration, and execution of Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection requirements.
• Support the development, maintenance, and execution of comprehensive Anti-Terrorism, Force Protection, and Physical Security programs at the 100th MDB and subordinate unit levels to meet DoD, Army, USASDMC, and applicable National Guard requirements.
• Maintain access to and weekly monitoring of applicable Anti-Terrorism, Force Protection, and Physical Security programs. These programs include, but are not limited to, the Joint Analytic Real-Time Virtual Information Sharing System (JARVISS) and iReport systems.
• Support the unit in the planning, coordination, and execution of ATFP oriented drills and exercises required by DoD, Army, USASMDC, National Guard, or unit leadership guidance.
• Support and advise on the sustainment of current Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) architecture and fielding of additional CUAS within the 100th MDB and subordinate units.
• Support the 100th MDB and subordinate/attached units with planning, coordination, integration, and execution of internal and external exercises and evaluations.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years of operational experience

• Applicable DoD, Army, USSTRATCOM, USASMDC, and National Guard security policies to include, but not limited to, USSTRATCOM Instruction (SI) 538-2.

• Knowledge of Ballistic Missile Defense systems, Ground-based Midcourse Defense, and related technologies.

• Ability to maintain effective communication during crisis and contingency.

• Experience coordinating across Brigade, Battalion, higher headquarters, and external agencies.

• Travel: 5-10%
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant operational experience involving Ground-based Missile Defense.

Physical Job Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear. The employee is regularly required to write and type on a computer.

Desired Skills:

• ATFP Level II. 

• Knowledgeable of communication architectures, communications network management, control and planning systems and military applications of space systems, Counter UAS systems, and missile defense systems and concepts.
