Responsibilities

PeopleTec is currently seeking a FMS Analyst III to support our Huntsville, AL location.

 

PeopleTec, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst to join our team supporting the Missile Defense Agency/Joint U.S.-Israeli Cooperative Program Office (MDA/IP) in Huntsville, Alabama.

Primary Duties Include:

  • Responsible for managing and coordinating FMS programs
  • Ensuring compliance with U.S. government regulations
  • Supporting international partners in acquiring defense equipment and services
  • Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for improving FMS processes and outcomes
  • Monitor and track FMS case financials, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting
  • Support FMS negotiations and contract discussions with U.S. and international stakeholders

Qualifications

 

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Technical experience with ability to develop and manage FMS cases from initiation to closure, ensuring all activities comply with U.S. government and foreign partner policies, regulations, and international agreements
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for improving FMS processes and outcomes
  • Ability to coordinate with international partners, U.S. military departments, and defense contractors to facilitate the sale and transfer of defense articles/services
  • Strong understanding of U.S. government regulations related to defense sales, International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), and Arms Export Control Act
  • Ability to prepare and present reports, briefings, and documentation to senior leadership and international stakeholders
  • Have the ability to plan, coordinate, and support product development and required documentation in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • A self-starter with excellent people, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Works independently and/or leads teams to analyze and resolve problems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Possess a current U.S. passport
  • Up to 25% to various locations including manufacturing sites and integration sites within the CONUS or at OCONUS locations

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:

  • BA/BS with 7-plus years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD programs/projects

Desired Skills:

  • DoD acquisition experience
  • Experience with missile defense programs
  • Experience with Missile Defense Agency policies and procedures
