• Job Title: System Administrator I, II, III 

• Job Description: Experience installing new or rebuilding existing servers both physical and virtual, and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, and storage through Agile methodologies. Perform day-to-day maintenance, patching and ensuring STIG compliance by monitoring, testing performance, troubleshooting OS, resolving hardware and software problems, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating with other engineers on network / system optimization. Demonstrates understanding of how software behaves in order to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot systems. Researches new technologies and leverages optimization techniques to ensure that systems operate efficiently. Experience with transitioning on-premise applications and software to the government hybrid-cloud solution and maintaining DoD approved cloud service providers to provide information technology services and capabilities to include high performance computing, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Data as a Service (DaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) Cloud Service Offerings (CSOs). IA certification IAW DoD Instruction 8570.01M required.
