Responsibilities

 

PeopleTec is seeking a Site Lead to support our Aberdeen, MD location. 

 

Provides technical/project management of assigned projects or major phases of significant projects by coordinating the efforts of assigned technical staff. Organizes projects and task workloads within budget and schedule guidelines. Has extensive knowledge and experience within assigned technical discipline.  Provide management of the activities and staff of the project.

 

Duties:

  • Provides contractor management as the site lead at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds location.
  • Implements appropriate quality assurance procedures to ensure all task order requirements are delivered in accordance with applicable technical parameters and within budgetary and schedule constraints.
  • Responsible for providing day-to-day management of the task order, monitoring and supervising both prime contractor employees and subcontractor performance.
  • Coordinates and interfaces with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and project leads regarding all technical matters.
  • Provide monthly performance and budget execution reports.

 

Qualifications

 

 

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum fifteen years of experience and a Bachelor's OR ten years of experience and a Master's degree
  • Ten years Managing large, technically diverse programs in support of Army or other DoD efforts.
  • Previous experience managing employees.

 Desired Skills:

  • Prior experience managing subcontractors.
  • Experience in the development and prototyping of advanced military systems.

  • Experience in coordinating and collaborating with multiple services, commercial firms, and academia

  • Experience with robotics including autonomous ground and air systems, munitions, and sensors
