Responsibilities

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Contract Program Manager (CPM) to support TEAMS-Next Security & CI.

 

Our team is looking for an exceptionally motivated self-starting CPM with a background in Program Management leading large contracts related to the DoD. The CPM will be able to execute extensive engineering / scientific support on systems, system elements, interfacing systems, components, devices and / or processes for complex developmental and operational weapon system programs.

 

 

This position is in support of the Missile Defense Agency located at Redstone Arsenal AL.

 

Duties Include:

  • Leads, directs, and manages Engineering's support staff for this SOW, including:
    • Providing direct input for solving complex issues involving staff and resources of sizable magnitude.
    • Responding in a timely fashion to day-to-day tasks, issues, or planned/unplanned contract changes.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Experience: 20+ years managing complex, large programs/projects commensurate with this TEAMS Next effort.
  • Works independently, as a team member, or leading teams / tasks, applying engineering rigor to solve engineering / scientific problems.
  • Travel: Up to 10%
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • An active DoD Secret with eligibility for a TS clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

 

Education Requirements:

  • MA/MS in field relevant to leading a complex, large program/project commensurate with this Technical, Engineering, Advisory & Management Support (TEAMS) Next effort.

 

*This position is contingent upon a January 2022 contract award.*
